Florida's Whataburger map has two centers rather than one. Pensacola carries 9 locations at the western end of the Panhandle, and Jacksonville matches it with 9 on the Atlantic coast, with Tallahassee at 5 sitting between them. That northern band across the top of the state holds the large majority of Florida's restaurants.
The Panhandle cluster is the older of the two, a natural eastward extension of the chain's Alabama and Mississippi footprint, reaching Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Destin, Navarre, Niceville, Milton and Panama City Beach. Jacksonville anchors a newer group that reaches Orange Park, Middleburg, St. Augustine and Yulee.
Central and South Florida sit largely outside the footprint. There are locations in Orlando, Fort Myers, Largo, Lutz and Brandon, but the density drops sharply below the northern band, so for much of peninsular Florida the nearest orange and white roof is a drive rather than a neighborhood stop. The menu itself is identical to Texas throughout.
Beach traffic shapes Florida Whataburger service more than anything else. Gulf Coast locations run heavy through summer evenings and spring break weeks, and the 24 hour stores absorb the late crowd that leaves the coast after midnight. Breakfast from 11 PM to 11 AM catches both ends of that.
The app covers curbside and rewards statewide, and DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub reach most Florida stores. For beach house groups and family trips, the 10 Whataburger Box and Family Fry Box are the practical order, and they travel better than individually bagged meals over any real distance.
